Step onto your mat and into your highest potential with yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditations that emphasize self-care. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. In case of inclement weather, the classes will be moved to Library’s 1st Floor Meeting Room. Registration starts Monday, May 2 at 10am. Ages 18 and up. Limit 20.
