Taste of Mardi Gras with Chef Kate Bradley

Our favorite chef, Kate Bradley, brings the best of New Orleans to the Library! You'll learn about Southern Louisiana's unique cuisine and how to celebrate Mardi Gras in style with hearty red beans and rice, Loaded Jambalaya, Maque Choux and decadent bread pudding. Samples will be provided; space is limited at 60. Monday, March 3 at 7pm. Registration is required. Register online at greenhillslibrary.org.
